Lead Data Engineer (Azure) - London / Part-remote - Up to £85k DOE - Tech

I am currently supporting a very exciting client of mine in their search for a Lead Data Engineer to join their Team in London. The company were previously listed in the UK's top 10 start-ups a few years ago and since then have grown to be a highly successful SME with presence across multiple continents!

As Lead Data Engineer you would focus on the tech and data engineering, leading from a technical perspective (this role would not have any people management responsibilities). There would be focus on DataOps, Solution Design, Data Science and ETL technologies. This role would also involve presenting solutions to stakeholders.

Key points:

  • DataOps
  • Data Science (e.g. AzureML)
  • Python (or C#)
  • Azure Data lakes, ETL, Data warehousing
  • CI/CD (e.g. Azure DevOps or Jenkins)
