As we continue to grow our UK presence we are looking to hire a Legal Counsel to represent the business. The role would see you working directly with the Commercial Director, sister legal teams and also third party legal service providers and sit central to our continued growth within the UK.

As sole Legal Counsel you would be responsible for a variety of tasks with touch points across; litigation, commercial law, resolution and disputes.

This is a unique opportunity to join us during our continued growth and be the first UK side in house legal representative.

Responsibilities will include:

• Devising company strategy and assisting day to day legal matters.

• Providing support across the business on a variety of legal issues and enquiries.

• Advising on commercial, property, HR and litigation matters.

• Drafting and refining legal contracts and compliance.

• Working closely with external counsel and representatives of subsidiaries.

What we're looking for:

• Experienced Lawyer with PQE 2-7 from firm or in-house department.

• Multitasker with proven experience in varied legal fields.

• Excellent communicator and stakeholder manager.

• Experience of commercial, labour and property law.

• Comfortable with advising senior management on policy and strategy.
