The company have invented and patented a process for manufacturing coated fibres, which is much faster and 70% cheaper to the customer than any other process available globally. There is huge demand for their products, particularly in the future-proof electric vehicle and renewable energy sector.

The Ideal Candidate

Our client is ideally looking for a skilled Engineer a background in the maintenance of production machinery who has ambitions to progress and pursue a long-term career. You will initially be tasked with minimising downtime and optimising machinery at their production site, over time assuming responsibilities for leading production and eventually the expansion of their manufacturing operations to multiple sites.

Your Career Path with our Client

Short term: the biggest issue in the short term is addressing machine downtime, so you will focus on this initially, as well as assembling machinery and optimising existing machinery. You will have the full backing of the company to purchase new machinery and make changes to the existing machinery, with support from the development team based at Head Office in western Germany.

Medium term: alongside machine downtime, you will also be coached in managing the production process, so that you can gradually assume these responsibilities.

Long term: with the knowledge gained in the manufacturing processes, you will be a key figure in the expansion of production capacity across multiple sites and countries.
