As we continue to grow our productions operation team we are looking to hire a manufacturing engineering manager.

Within the role you will be responsible for establishing and leading the manufacturing engineering process' required for the assembly, integration and testing of our products.

You will lead a team and enable the operation of an evolving industry 4.0 digital factory and play a part in implementing innovative digital solutions and process' for enabling a next generation production capability.

As a new role within the business you will play an instrumental part on the conception and implement of new operating models for the facility.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing all manufacturing process' and documentation.

  • Defining lean process' and optimising manufacturing systems.

  • Managing the specification, design and installation of production equipment and tooling.

  • Working within the production operations team to assure manufacturing process' are adhered too.

  • Take lead for continuous improvement and rigorous problem solving.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience as a manufacturing engineering manager.

  • Experience leading transformation of manufacturing systems.

  • Deep knowledge of manufacturing systems.

  • Experience leading the creation or transformation of supply chain planning.

  • Work within configuration management & change control environments.

  • Effective people leadership skills.
