Market Intelligence Analyst Contract - Merger & Acquisition - London

Role: Market Analyst/Competitor Analyst for M&A proposition

Location: Remote / London / Bristol

Length: 6 Months - Option for part time consulting

Are you an experienced Market Analyst with experience of working within corporate strategy and competitor analysis and due diligence pre M&A? A leading consultancy client of ours is looking to on board a highly experienced Analyst to work alongside a number of it's D level & C level stakeholders in carrying out competitor and market analysis as they look at potential acquisitions. The team are sector agnostic and most importantly looking for a self starting individual that can be given strategy and capably perform market analysis on a range of business'.

The ideal individual will be able to blend research, market analysis and financial acumen in to easily broken down reports and propositions that can then be presented to key stakeholders to better inform the position of current market drivers and potential acquisitions. The ideal candidate will have been involved within the M&A process before and although wont be expected to enter negotiation phase will have been involved in reporting to the point of decision.

This role will see you carrying out varied research from financial, quantitive and qualitive as well as engaging with key people within the industry to understand drivers and growth areas.
