Qualifications & Experience
* B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline (equivalent experience may be considered).
* Approximately 5 years of engineering experience in product design, preferably within downhole tools.
* Experience contributing to the design and development of tools such as well abandonment equipment, completions tools, fishing/remedial tools, or wellbore departure systems.
* Familiarity with well integrity product standards (ISO 14310, API 11D1, ISO 14998, ISO 23936-2) is an advantage.
* Ability to create ISO 128 & GPS-compliant drawings, perform tolerance analyses, and support structural calculations.
* Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks or Autodesk Inventor required).
* Working knowledge of GD&T, tolerance stack-ups, and design-for-manufacturability principles.
* FEA experience; familiarity with Ansys is a plus.
* Strong self-motivation, with the ability to organize workload and meet project deadlines.
* Exposure to well completions, isolation tools, or well abandonment equipment is beneficial.
Additional Information
* On-site role with flexible working arrangements depending on business need.
* Must be legally authorized to work and reside in the U.S.
* Career advancement opportunities based on performance and project delivery.
