MS Dynamics Developer

iO Associates have aligned exclusively with a multi-nation defence alliance to find an MS Dynamics Developer.

The ideal candidate would have extensive hands-on experience across the full Dynamics 365 F&O lifecycle, with strong skills in customisation, integrations, automation, Power Platform development, AI-led enhancements, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities:

Lead customisation, configuration, and enhancement of Dynamics 365 F&O, ensuring scalable, maintainable solutions.
Drive end-to-end delivery across the full ERP lifecycle, including development, integrations, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Build automated workflows and integrations using Power Platform, REST APIs, and low-code tools to improve business processes.

Requirements:

A relevant Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience, or 10+ years of proven expertise in lieu of formal qualifications.
Strong practical experience developing and customising Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
Proficiency in X++, C#, and modern integration approaches including REST APIs and virtual tables.
Solid capability across the Power Platform-Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.
Familiarity with Visual Studio, LCS, UDE, and PPAC.
Demonstrated experience supporting full ERP implementation cycles-from requirements gathering to post-go-live.
