Job Duties	This is an experienced role to be a part of the wholesale risk remediation program. The job duties would involve: To establish credit risk related intra-day/end of day controls/framework Defining current state, working with different product owners/trading desks globally on tools to develop comprehensive matrix around the credit risk controls Developing best in class management information tools and embed new controls into business and legal entity dashboards and Manager Control Assessments (MCA) Do gap analysis on the as-is state and work on the target state to facilitate implementation. Identifying all the entry points/unique solutions across businesses/categorisation /owners of those solutions would be under the remit of this PMO Resourcing and budget tracking Coordinating with senior stakeholders across MSS for all asset classes and functions Partnering with 1LOD businesses to ensure compliance with relevant Firm policies/standards, also external regulatory expectations, and industry standards where relevant
Skills Required	10+ year project management experience Industry rich experience in counterparty infrastructure and controls framework with a technology bent of mind In depth product experience of multiple asset classes Should understand the end to end credit flow lifecycle process Should have visibility of systems involved in Front Office to Back Office Should have visibility of vendor services and solutions available in the market Strong negotiation, communication and relationship skills Proven leadership skills in bringing together processes that include different businesses, regions and support functions Global mindset, with regional and global product understanding
