You will be working in the highly successful Operations & Maintenance department where you will be expected to adapt then react, to a fast-paced and changing environment, where effective communication skills will be necessary.

In a very supportive work environment you will guided along the way and as you build an understanding of the role and the business, you will be expected to provide support to other members of the O&M team as required.

Main Responsibilities

• Answering and screening calls, including logging people into the sites as required

• Procurement, tendering and supplier management

• Equipment and calibrations coordination

• Stock control

• Assisting day to day O&M activities

• PPE ordering

• Booking hotels

• Raising quotes and invoicing to customers - liaising with the Accounts department

• Management of Engineers' tools

• Logistics of stock movement

• General administration

  Essential skills

• Computer literate (MS Office Suite)

• Driven and focused approach to work and tasks

• Ability to cope with a fast-changing environment

• Ability to deal with pressure

• Professional demeanour and excellent customer service (verbal and written)

• Knowledge of stock management and/or procurement

  
  Desirable

• Experience of using SAGE

• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems

• Experience in an Operations based role

• Knowledge of the solar industry
