Role: Product Manager

Location: Remote

Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 + 25 days holiday plus BH, health cash plan, pension contributions, flexible working, charity day, training/progression opportunities & more

iO Associates are partnered with a leading technology business based in the heart of Cardiff that are starting the journey to grow their product team.

The business itself has been recognised as one of the fastest-growing in the UK and has the awards to prove it. Although almost 10 years old, they still operate with a start-up mentality and give their employees the opportunity to get stuck in with various aspects of the business.

They're in the early development of growing out their teams and are now looking for a Product Manager to join a product team of 3 and collaborate with a software engineering team of 7.

At the moment, they're in the process of doing a lot of product discovery so the early days of this role will involve prototype building, client liaison and assumption testing.

Following that, you'd be instrumental in helping to define and maintain the product roadmap, come up with ideas and pitches for further development opportunities and act as the connector of the products between both internal and external stakeholders.

In the future, there's also the opportunity to either progress into management or look to fully own a single product and really find your niche.

Experience needed:

• 3+ years in a Product Management role
• Background of working in a consumer-facing business (e-commerce)
• Great communication skills
