What we’re looking for:

Due to our recent success securing multiple new contracts, we now require talented individuals to join us on this exciting journey.

We’re looking to hire a Programme Manager to work across a number of projects within the business. You will be working directly alongside our Chief of Staff to deliver business critical projects ranging from ERP implementation to working with the business to establish key business rhythm for delivery.

This role would suit an individual who has experience delivering a variety of different projects from technical implementation to organisational change as we look to continue building our infrastructure to allow the wider business access to tools and processes in ensuring continued growth.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the delivery of a number of projects within the business

  • Delivery of our ERP implementation 

  • Influencing change within the business

  • Working to sustain and ensure business rhythm 

What we're looking for:

  • Experience delivering ERP & ChangeProgrammes

  • Strong Stakeholder Management 

  • Strong Organisational Skills

  • Experience within the defence industry
