What we’re looking for;
Due to our recent success securing multiple new contracts, we now require talented individuals to join us on this exciting journey.
With this period of large growth comes a need for us to hire a recruitment advisor to assist and take charge with our E2E recruitment process. The role will see you support the business, HR Manager and the HR Business Partner – providing assistance across the full recruitment process from CV filtering to aligning diaries and interview availability. As a Recruitment Administrator, you will be the focal point for candidates, external recruitment partners and hiring managers.
The role is a varied and exciting opportunity where you will take part in activities such as: coordinating the day to day activities of recruitment process from job requisition to offer acceptance, ensuring a consistent candidate journey, working with marketing to promote employer brand through online channels and supporting recruitment strategies.
· Experience delivering full life recruitment process.
· Ability to identify and leverage data to drive decisions
· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with employees, stakeholders and candidates.
