Role: Internal Recruitment Partner

Contract Length: 4-5 Months

Rate: Up to £400p/d

We are working with a Bristol-based company that is looking for an HR recruitment partner to join them for a short-term day rate or FTC contract. The role will be to support an ATS implementation within the business and act as internal support to the business to ensure all recruitment processes' are met and organised prior to launch to the agency.

The focus of this role will be on the enablement of recruitment and to ensure that all workflows are adhered to and also to help in implementing ATS workflows alongside their recruitment partners.

This role would be suited to someone who;

• Has experience working with ATS systems
• Has worked in an RPO recruitment environment
• Has experience of designing and adhering to recruitment workflows.
• Can act as support to internal managers to ensure artifact adherence
