iO Associates (part of the Precision Resource Group) are currently seeking ambitious and motivated sales people to join the fastest-growing team within the group; Team Europe.

I write this advert as someone who joined the company just 1 year ago with the sole purpose to grow a specialist team for Europe. In that time, we have grown from one to twelve people (and counting) and are leading the way when it comes to iO Associate's international offering to our clients. Working across multiple countries across Europe, this is one of those rare opportunities to join what will become one of the most successful teams in the group!

So what's the job?

Well, your responsibilities will include delivering into existing clients, generating new business opportunities as well as expanding on customer relationships.

I'm a firm believer that the right attitude is the key to success as a Recruiter and that anyone can accomplish their goals with the right mindset. There's no denying that long hours are needed sometimes and that the learning curve is steep, but if you're determined to succeed the rewards far outweigh the sacrifice.

Typically, a Trainee consultant can expect a £19,000 starting salary and realistic first year OTE of around £30,000. 2nd year around £50,000-£60,000 and the earnings grow exponentially from there.
