iO associates have partnered with a public sector client who are looking for an experienced scrum master to be accountable for establishing and embedding Scrum.

Responsibilities include teaching, mentoring, and coaching the organisation and teams in adopting and using both Agile and Scrum. Successful candidates will focus on the needs of the team and the customer they provide value to, creating a collaborative, psychological safe environment in which the team can flourish.

Role:

• You will use agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions
• You will determine and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items
• You will monitor the progress and performance of your teams to help make improvements
• You will plan and organise demos and product/system testing
• You will ensure the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team
• You will track project processes, deliverables, and financials
• You will prepare and status reports to key stakeholders
