Part Remote Working / 50K to 55K Salary / Cambridge

A rapidly expanding software company is looking for an experienced Scrum Master to oversee their growing scrum team. This company are very successful within their space, using their advanced investigative software to help make the world a safer place.

The role will involve working closely with both the Product Owner and Development team acting as the joint between the two. Overseeing the successful delivery of sprints and making the team as unified and efficient as possible.

Your role will include:

• Writing technical requirements for Development Team completion, based on BA user stories.
• Organising sprints, follow up meetings and daily stand-up meetings.
• Create a positive Scrum environment, help to build unification and good communication between the development teams. Supporting and encouraging the team to be self-managed.

Ideal Skills/Experience:

• Experience with Agile software development and test cycle.
• Strong knowledge of Agile scrum techniques such as user stories and automated testing.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• SC clearance or clearable.
