Scrummaster

Role: Scrummaster

Location: Cardiff - 1 day a week onsite

Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 + private health care, pension plans, income protection cover, budget for certifications & training and more!

iO are partnered with one of the UKs leading insurance comparison sites and helping them see through an exciting period of growth. They work with some of the UKs top insurance names and their software powers some of the UKs other top price comparison websites, too.

They're in the process of building a new team to go alongside with that, we are looking for a Scrummaster!

On a day to day basis, the role is looking for someone that can guide the business in using Agile methodology and scrum practices and help develop the businesses use of it.

Alongisde that, not only would you be working with Developers, BA's, Product Owners, you'd also have the opportunity to collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team ensuring straegies are aligned with the overall business goals.

In terms of experience, we are looking for someone with a background in the following:

• History of working with Scrum Teams in Agile environments
• Using TFS to create and manage product backlogs
• Stakeholder management

Offices are based in Cardiff and they're a social bunch so ideally we are looking for someone able to get into the office one or two days a week.
