Security Specialist

iO Associates are working with an industry-leading company who provide technology services to household names in the UK and internationally. They are currently on the lookout for a Security Specialist in their Bristol office to help them in their continued growth.

This company is well-known for its innovative approach to technology, and it top quality training and development. They are able to interview and on-board remotely.

Role: Security Specialist

Location: Bristol

Salary: £35,000 - £60,000 + benefits

This is a hands-on, technical position which will focus on the implementation of polices, and documenting designs.

This role will involve:

• Assessing and implementing company security practices
• Implementing technical security controls
• Liaising with third party vendors and penetration testers
• Performing security vulnerability assessments
• Familiarity with network concepts
• Understanding of threats and threat vectors

Although no cloud experience is necessary, this company have a heavily AWS-hosted infrastructure and will give you the opportunity to work with cloud technology.
