Senior JavaScript Developer - Central Bath - £45,000-£55,000

iO Associates have currently partnered with a software house in central Bath that are looking for a Senior Software Developer.

The company are an engineering first company and work within the defence industry.

You will be working in a multi-disciplinary team and collaborating with UX designers, testers, scrum masters, data scientists and other engineers.

They are looking for a front end focused developer who has experience in a JavaScript framework such as Angular, React or Vue and with strong design/CSS ability. It is also essential you are competent in a back-end tech such as C# or node.js.

As well as the tech requirements they want someone who has experience mentoring more junior developers and is keen to proactively work to continuously improve their processes. If that is something you haven't done but are keen to do that is also great!

At the moment everyone is working fully remotely but later down the line they would ideally like people to be in the office around 2 days a week.

They are offering a salary between £45,000-£55,000 plus a really strong benefits package that includes private medical cover, a pot of cash you can use towards gym/sports clubs or non-work related classes. They also run regular hackathons which are always well received!
