Are you an experienced senior manufacturing engineer looking for a change?
IO Associates have partnered with an industry leading global electronics company in their recruitment for a Senior Manufacturing Engineer (NPI).
This permanent role will play a part in our clients' new, exciting and ground-breaking long-term project based in Eastbourne.

About the Company:
Our Client is a market leading developer and manufacturer. Their solutions are integral to manufacturing processes for important and widely used technology such as semiconductors, solar cells and more.
Their products are also used in a wide range of industrial processes - some of which include power, metallurgy, pharmaceutical and in scientific instruments.
This Client is a well-established company with over 4,000 employees globally, meaning the scope for personal and career growth is massive. They also have worldwide state of the art facilities, including in Europe, and North America.

Role Location: Eastbourne, UK.

To be successful in this role, you must have the following qualities:
Either:

• A lower Engineering qualification and five years' experience in a new product development role within an electronics assembly plant, or at least three years' experience as a cell engineer in support of an electronics assembly plant.

Or:

• An Engineering degree and two years' experience.

Additionally:

• Awareness of Printed Circuit Assembly techniques.

Not essential, but advantageous:

• Knowledge of Mechanical Packaging Processes.
