Do you want to help shape the future of mobile broadband?

A leading innovator of high throughput, modular phased arrays is looking for a RF / Analogue Hardware Engineer.

This exciting start up has been taken over by a leading international communications company who have given them significant investment to expand.

You will complement their existing design team and will play a part in designing, verifying and producing board level hardware designs for our clients phased array antenna products.

These roles will be London based and are paying between £50,000 - £65,000 p/a (potential for negotiation DOE).

Essential:

  • A good first or upper 2nd Class degree (BEng/MEng) in Electronic/Electrical Engineering from a leading University.
  • At least 5 years' experience of complex Analogue and RF circuit design with a proven track record in the data communications or aerospace industries in a product development environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Analogue and RF circuit design techniques from the specification, design and verification phases through to systems integration and manufacture.
  • Be able to demonstrate significant experience in the design and characterisation of mixed-signal (Analogue/Digital/RF) multi-layer PCB designs and the associated debug and integration issues.
  • Experienced in the layout of high-speed multi-layer PCBs including micro-via technology, stackup constraints and controlled impedance traces and design of impedance matching circuits.
