Service Desk Analyst | SE London

Ambitious and dynamic Service Desk professional wanted by growing business in order to help provide a better customer service. Strong technical knowledge, a confident phone manner and demonstrable industry skills are key.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Resolving technical problems
  • Supporting 2nd Line in order to ensure all client queries are dealt with efficiently
  • Keeping up to date with the latest technologies and suggesting improvements to service where applicable
  • Routing calls to available specialists in more complex and difficult cases

Key knowledge to include:

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft products
  • Good understanding of Wi-Fi and networking
  • Experience in a customer-facing role
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritise
