Service Desk Analyst

Wiltshire Office + Remote Working / £28,000 + Competitive Package / Permanent

A nation-wide company helping to fighting climate change, is looking for an enthusiastic Service Desk Analyst to join their service desk team. This is due to rapid growth and success over the last year.

You will be providing first and second line support to 100s of their employees remotely and from the company HQ based in Wiltshire. You will be a senior member of the team providing advanced technical support and mentoring more junior analysts. This is an amazing opportunity to be part of a rapidly expanding UK company who are trying to make a positive impact for the future of our planet.

This role will include/require:

  • 1st and 2nd line support
  • Windows, Office 365 and Exchange
  • Ticketing systems
  • Active Directory
  • Powershell

Good communication skills, adaptability, and being pro-active are the most important skills for this position.
