Then apply immediately to this hugely exciting role/company! My client, a Defence Company are currently seeking for a Software Team Leader to grow their UK engineering capabilities.

This company is an Israeli Defence company who are at the beginning of their growth in the UK. Despite the UK operations being in their infancy, they have already secured a big contract with the Ministry of Defence to provide Battle Management Application and have this week won a sizeable contract with the UK Army HQ.

This will be a hands-on role consisting of leadership of the current scrum team as well as 3rd party stakeholder management so the role will have a hybrid feel to it.

This is a permanent role where you will be based in their brand new North Bristol site, there will also be some flexible working in the role.

We have a budget circa £70k where the company is continuing to interview candidates during Covid-19.
