iO Associates are currently representing a tier one Aerospace company, who are looking for an Supplier Quality Engineer to join their team.

The company are establishing a new international supplier network, and your role will be focused on supporting suppliers with the quality aspects through manufacturing set up whilst ensuring processes are in line with the high standards required for our client's products.

Your responsibilities:

• Conduct and train suppliers on external audits
• Assess the supplier and its capabilities and assist with supplier development to reach our needs
• Approving new suppliers with internal process documentation
• Developing suppliers standard to obtain/maintain AS9100 OR EN9100
• Being the main point of contact for the project and manage all of the operations
• Manage all aspects of Quality and Supply chain within the project with heavy focus on quality and time performance
• Monitor and ensure that suppliers are compliant with all certifications

What you will need to be successful:

• Proven track record of conducting external audits within AS9100 standard.
• Project management experience
• EASA Part 21G knowledge would be highly beneficial
