System Support Analyst

Bristol Office / £40,000 to £50,000 / Predominantly Remote

A nation-wide professional services company is looking for an experienced System Support Analyst with experience of insurance applications to join their systems team. This is due to rapid growth and success over the last year.

This position will be a blend of providing support, working on projects, system tests/admin and business analysis. You will facilitate the full life cycle of changes to systems and processes. And will be a subject matter expert, providing advanced technical support for the businesses insurance systems. This role will include/require:

• 3rd line support
• Projects and Business Analysis
• System Admin and Testing
• Liaising with infrastructure and service desk teams
• Experience with insurance/legal applications (iManage, Eclipse Proclaim, BigHand, InterAction)
• Windows

Good communication skills, adaptability, and being pro-active are important skills for this position.
