We are working with a business who provide services to the financial services industry based on a IaaS model.

We are looking for a hands-off Lead Developer / Web Development Manager to join the team, working from home at the moment and from a Renfrew based brand new office that includes on-site gym and PT, as well as a on-site bar - Balance!

The tech stack of the team is varied but includes -
Python, Django, Go, Celery, Redis, RabbitMQ, KVM, vCenter, Kubernetes, Docker, n Nebula and more

Your tasks will include -
* Day-to-day line management of the team
* Lead multiple agile development teams
* Tech lead for Digital Transformation POW

They package for this role is up to £70,000 and has a great accompanying package including
* Share option scheme
