iO Associates are working with a cutting-edge technology company based in Newport who have a new opportunity to join their growing team - they are looking for an ambitious, curious, enthusiastic Technical Support Engineer.

Role: Technical Support Engineer

Location: Newport (with remote working)

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 + benefits

This Engineer will work in a really supportive team to resolve a variety of customer incidents.

Responsibilities for this role include:

  • Investigating and resolving new incidents
  • Liaising with project and delivery teams
  • Working on customer projects for new software

This role will involve working with:

  • Ticketing system
  • Unix
  • Cloud systems

The company will train you on their systems on the following:

  • Azure
  • AWS
  • GCP
  • Docker
  • Kubernetes
  • SQL
  • CI/CD pipelines
