iO Associates are working with a rapidly growing IT company who have a new opportunity available for a Technical Support Analyst based in Bristol.
This role will give you to exposure to loads of different teams within the business - including project, DBA and DevOps - and has progression routes in lots of different directions. The company has an extensive 6-month training scheme as well as ongoing training and development to assist in personal development.
Role: Technical Support Analyst
Location: Bristol (with flexibility for WFH)
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 + training + benefits
This tight-knit team is looking for a personable individual with good communication skills and an eagerness to learn.
This Technical Support Analyst will resolve technical issues flagged on the ticketing system and liaise with multiple different internal stakeholders in this process.
As well as monitoring the systems, you will look for opportunities to improve overall system performance.
- Using XML
- Using SQL
- Working with APIs
- Investigating technical issues
- Liaising with customers to ensure they are fully kept in the loop with processes
- Work to ITIL methodology
*No commercial experience of XML/ SQL/ APIs is mandatory however some knowledge would be highly beneficial - if you are interested in the role but don't think you have the right experience, please do still apply. Attitude is most important!*
