1st/2nd Line Support

Part Remote / £28,000 / Bristol

An international charity organisation is looking for an enthusiastic 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer to join their support team. This is due to rapid growth and success over the last year. As a team they provide international digital solutions for the organisation as well as ongoing support of their infrastructure and applications.

You will provide 1st/2nd line technical support across the organisation including troubleshooting and resolving tickets. The role will include lots of training and development across cloud and on prem technologies, as a charity they have immense training resources for employees. This role will include/require:

  • Providing 1st/2nd line support
  • Troubleshooting and resolving tickets
  • Microsoft 365 support - SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune
  • Networking or Endpoint knowledge would be beneficial
  • Completing training, and developing yourself across multiple technologies supported by the business

Good communication skills and being pro-active are important skills for this position.
