Location: mostly working from home with the odd day in the Newbury office

This is a brand-new role which gives you the opportunity to make a difference in an established business. My client is very much growth-focussed and forward-thinking, and they are looking to improve their operations in 2022 which including the addition of their very first data analyst. This means you get to put your stamp on the role and help define the best practices for delivery high quality data analysis to the rest of the business.

You will support the business to set up a data analytics capability, working and enhancing the existing data warehouse, ensuring that the data in the warehouse meet the reporting requirements. You will also be defining data cubes and delivering the SQL to populate those cubes with data from the business systems.

Requirements:

-Hands on SQL server Experience

-Experience with Data cubes and data ingestion from multiple systems

-Advance Excel skills

-Good understanding of data transformation techniques

-Minimum of 2 years working in Data analytics

-Python
