Integration Manager | Bristol

Elbit Systems in the UK are a Defence, Technology and Aerospace company working on a range of technologies for both military and civilian applications.

What we're looking for:

Due to our recent success securing multiple new contracts, we now require talented individuals to join us on this exciting journey.

The Integration Manager is responsible for leading the integration of the hardware & software system elements within the Business Unit. The Integration Manager will coordinate and execute integration and subsequent testing to provide assurance & acceptance evidence as well as carry out problem solving to identify solutions for defects in the system.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Work closely and transparently with a variety of projects technical managers and the systems engineering unit

  • Writing and developing integration plans, procedures and bids

  • Integrating systems in-line with customer requirements

  • Delivering inputs to the ITEA process defined by the ITEA Lead

  • Setting up and conducting integration tests and trials

What we're looking for:

  • Team Management experience

  • Systems engineering & integration of complex C4I and STA sub-systems including software

  • Integration activities from component level up to systems level including hardware and software elements

  • Competent in problem solving and analytical techniques in a methodical and logical manner to solve integration challenges

  • Ability to solve technical issues within datalinks, OSI-layered communications models - understanding of messaging and routing protocols, TCP/IP, UDP, including those applicable to tactical radios & wired environments
