They are on the look out for a Service Desk Analyst to join their growing team. The ideal candidate is someone passionate about IT and looking for their skills to be developed. An interest in defence would also be great!

The role,

  • You will be providing first and second line support.
  • You would be involved with the hands on running and supporting of complex environments.
  • Providing Documentation.
  • The role itself is yours to make what you want, the company is extremely flexible.


If you have experience of,

  • Experience of providing first and second-line support would be beneficial.
  • Active Directory and Group Policy.
  • Strong verbal and communication skills.
  • Office 365.
  • Windows Systems.
  • Linux Operating Systems.
  • SQL Server.
