We are looking for talented individuals to join us on one of our many exciting journeys.

We are looking to hire a Head of Electronic Warfare (EW) Campaigns to join our business winning function within our EW & ISTAR business unit. This role will play a key part in the continued expansion of our EW business and see the individual leading large campaign business winning across Land, Air and Sea within EW.

The focus of this role will be to enable the continued growth of the business unit within the UK. Working with business development teams, capture teams and engineering teams to bring innovative EW solutions to market.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Accountability for the EW Campaigns Plan and pipeline of opportunities for the BU.

  • Leading the business winning team / bid teams to successfully deliver high-quality winning bids (inc RFI/RFP responses) on time and to budget.

  • Building relationships with customers, suppliers, distributors, partners, and vendors.

  • Collaborating with Programme / Project Managers to evaluate existing partnerships and contracts with an eye toward building on what works and changing what doesn't.

What we're looking for:

  • 10+ years experience within business winning or marketing.

  • Familiarity with EW technology across multi-domain.

  • Leadership, management, and mentoring skills

  • Ability to communicate accessibly and concisely about products or services to outsiders, including prospective customers and clients, partners, suppliers

  • Bid Management using the Shipley Methodology
