Head of Quality & Health and Safety

We are looking for talented individuals to join us on one of our many exciting journeys.

We are hiring a Head of Quality & Health and Safety to lead our QHSE function.

The role will take a strategic and tactical lead for implementing quality strategy and strategic operational goals for the business. You will be working closely with internal and external stakeholders across the business to ensure quality is upheld and met across all business units, product delivery and manufacturing.

This role will provide key assurance that regulatory compliance is being achieved and to provide leadership and direction on Quality & Compliance standards.

The role is ideal for an individual with a wealth of experience within quality management, quality process' and leading high performing teams across quality and HSE.

Responsibilities will include:

• Lead and manage the quality function from new product conception.

• Provide oversight and assurance on all regulatory compliance.

• Provide assurance and advice to senior manager and directors on quality and safety performance.

• Building and managing a world class and industry leading quality function.

What we're looking for:

• A confident and adept leader.

• Vast experience of quality within controlled environments.

• Lead audit experience.

• Experiencing implementing new ISO standards.

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and board level advisory.
