£500-£600 per day (Inside IR35)

Due to an increased workload, our consultancy client is looking to hire an experienced Lean Improvement/Change Specialist to carry out a 6-month piece of work on a naval defence contract near Glasgow.

The role will be helping assist one of their clients in the delivery of Lean transformation programmes, using operational excellence in line with client's strategy and business goals. You will use continuous improvement, operational excellence and your in-depth Lean methodologies to help implement and improve processes on this project.

The role will be a hybrid position, initially starting on-site while you become embedded into the programme, then soon changing to 2/3 days a week on-site and 2/3 days a week remote working.

Due to the nature of this project and the exposure to sensitive information, any candidates will be required to hold a valid SC clearance to be considered for this opportunity.
