Security Operations Manager | £85,000 | Remote/Berkshire

iO Associates have partnered with a sensational technology firm which have truly taken over the way automative retail works. Now looking for a Security Operations Manager, this organisation are aiming to grow and mature their SecOps function.

You will be reporting to the Director of Information Security, in which you will manage, operate and maintain group-wide technical information security controls. You will be expected to evaluate all technical processes, and then implement plans to improve these and develop the function further. Leading a team of 5 individuals, we are ideally after a candidate who has worked as a SOC Lead/Senior, or has managed a SOC before. This position will also offer a lot of flexibility regarding the direction in which you grow the SecOps function, with a lot of responsibility around all things technical.

Essential:

-Leadership and mentoring skills

-Experience as a senior/manager within a SOC

-Hands-on understanding of SOC processes and SecOps

-Experience with AWS desirable

-Certifiactions such as CISSP/CISM desirable
