Are you a Software Developer with experience with .NET looking for an exciting start-up company with fantastic career progression and a great share scheme?

This company are a prime FinTech organisation specialising in digital asset management. They are experiencing massive growth and seek proactive, ambitious individuals to get involved in their company ambitions.

In this role you will lead the design and development of our crypto trading and risk management systems. Also, you will help us navigate all our system operation needs, including multi-cloud K8s infrastructure design, maintenance, support and planning, and everything in between.

The Role:

• Development and testing of web applications and microservices for both internal and client facing systems
• Implementation of our internal business processes, including client and risk management, and reporting
• Provide technical guidance and coaching to junior developers and engineers
• Development of software using agile methods with a CI/CD pipeline (GitLab)
• Ensure all software meets requirements of quality, security, modifiability, extensibility, high performance, and low latency

Required skills:

• Experience with development using Microsoft C# / .NET (Core), ASP.NET Core, ideally in an agile environment
• English speaking
• Must be EU or Swiss citizen or have valid permit to work in Switzerland
