Are you a Support Engineer with experience with microservices ecosystems looking for an exciting start-up company with fantastic career progression and a great share scheme?


This company are a prime FinTech organisation specialising in digital asset management. They are experiencing massive growth and seek proactive, ambitious individuals to get involved in their company ambitions.


This person will interact with clients, business, and engineering to support our growing business. Success in this role requires a positive, proactive attitude to help deal with operational issues which may come up at unpredictable times. The role requires the ability to solve problems for which there may not be a pre-existing blueprint.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Communicating with clients to ensure their needs are met, including talking directly with clients either via email or online meetings.
  • Client onboarding.
  • Operational troubleshooting, investigation and problem solving.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive support documentation.
  • Prioritizing and managing multiple issues at one time.
  • Supporting internal business/trade/sales groups.
  • Manual end to end testing.
  • Monitoring applications/services to ensure we catch issues before they affect a client.


Required skills:

  • Ability to trace problems through a microservice ecosystem
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Must be EU or Swiss citizen or have valid permit to work in Switzerland.
