We are looking for talented individuals to join us on one of our many exciting journeys.

We are hiring a number of Systems Engineers to join our Aerospace & Simulation business unit and work on a number of large programmes of work within the simulation and synthetics domain.

The role will see you working within a small team of engineers in the assessment, design, and integration of Synthetic Training devices for the UK MoD. As part of the role, you will be responsible for liaising with our joint venture partners and conducting tasks including evaluation, selection, and systems adaption for future training products.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Provide systems engineering support on assessment, trials and evaluation of training devices.

  • Requirements engineering.

  • Architectural design and systems integration.

  • Contribute to project meeting and deliver detailed technical reports.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience developing and managing complex software systems.

  • Systems engineering & Architecture frameworks/languages.

  • Experience of simulation / software integration.

  • Experience with systems engineering standards.

  • Use of IBM Rhapsody, DOORS and ELM Suite.
