Location: Remote. Offices based in Reading, UK

Salary: up to £40,000

Your Responsibilities:

• 2nd & 3rd line application support

• Engage with the IT solution partners on IT incidents where required

• Define, develop, test, release & update support processes for DevOps operations

• Collaborating with the team to make the support process as efficient as possible

You will have:

• Experience with JIRA

• Experience with Powershell

• Basic programming skills

• Great communication & organisational skills
