Join Our Client as an Analogue Electronic Engineer

Role Summary
Due to ongoing growth and strategic initiatives, our Client is seeking to expand their engineering team with experienced Analogue Electronic Engineers on a contract basis. This key role is instrumental in driving forward pioneering electronic projects that shape the future of the industry. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge designs, directly contributing to high-profile developments that influence a broad spectrum of applications.
Responsibilities

  • Design, analyse, and develop analogue electronic circuits to meet project specifications.
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to integrate analogue solutions within complex systems.
  • Conduct detailed circuit simulations, testing, and validation to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during development and testing phases.
  • Prepare technical documentation, reports, and specifications for project completeness.
  • Support prototyping activities and optimise designs for manufacturability and reliability.
  • Stay abreast of technological advancements in analogue electronics and incorporate best practices.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience designing analogue electronic circuits, with a strong understanding of relevant components and principles.
  • Proficiency in electronic simulation tools such as SPICE, and familiarity with laboratory testing equipment.
  • Solid understanding of circuit analysis, signal processing, and high-frequency design principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex electronic systems effectively.
  • Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience working within contractual engineering roles or project-based environments.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within teams.

Desirable Skills & Experience

  • Knowledge of digital/analogue hybrid systems.
  • Experience with PCB layout design and relevant software.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and compliance requirements.
  • Prior exposure to high-volume manufacturing environments.
  • Project management experience or technical lead capabilities.
