The Role

Key Skills & Experience

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, with the ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment

  • Highly collaborative, positive team player with excellent organisational and prioritisation skills

  • Proven leadership and engagement skills, able to motivate and coordinate cross-functional teams


Desirable Background

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field and a software and/or systems engineering background

  • Knowledge of space-related systems (e.g. Mission Control, Space Systems, Test Systems) and customer-facing experience

  • Understanding of the space and defence sector, including Space Situational Awareness, plus eligibility for NATO security clearance and additional European language skills
