Remote with visits to North Africa (client site)

12 month FTC

£80,000 – £100,000 plus benefits

*Must be fluent in French

iO Associates are working with and award winning consultancy who are in need of an experienced Financial controller to join them on a fixed term contract basis

They work across a number of sectors providing industry leading technology and digital solutions. With clients such as talktalk and Opus energy, they have helped a number of clients transform their internal operations saving them time and money

They are looking for an experienced Financial Controller to work with an Energy client based in North Africa, on a huge transformation project. This is a very broad finance leadership role, working closely with and shadowing the CFO, offering significant exposure to senior decision-making and strategic oversight.

The role requires someone who is able to travel internationally and is fluent in French

To be successful, you will have:

• Proven experience as a Financial Controller or equivalent senior finance role
• Strong background in asset-based organisations, ideally within:
• Energy
• Utilities
• Infrastructure
• Experience working with state utilities or national-scale organisations is highly desirable
• Comfortable in broad, unstructured roles with senior exposure
• Demonstrated capability and ambition to progress into a CFO role
• Fully flexible to travel internationally, including Africa
