We’re working with a long-established organisation undergoing an exciting period of modernisation, now hiring a Head of Product to work alongside the Head of Engineering and shape the next phase of their product function.

This is a hands-on leadership role in a business already undergoing change – focused on clarity, pace, and pragmatic delivery rather than heavy process.

Well-suited to a senior product leader ready to take the next step, or an established Head of Product looking to dive into a growing, fast-moving environment and help shape the product function end to end.

The Role

You’ll work closely with Engineering and UX, prioritising complex and often conflicting demands in a regulated environment, while shaping team structure and ways of working.

You’ll have genuine ownership of product direction and team design, partnering closely with Engineering leadership in a fast-moving, low-bureaucracy environment.

What we’re Looking For

• Senior product leadership experience (Product Lead / Head of Product level)
• Strong Agile/Scrum background
• Fast-moving and customer-facing approach
• Confident decision-maker in complex environments

Nice to have: Shape Up exposure, regulated-domain experience

• Hybrid working (2 days onsite / 3 days remote) – *5 days onsite throughout probation
• Package: open to discussion – depends on experience.
