Role: Non-Functional Test Engineer / Senior Test Lead
Salary: £50,000 – £80,000 (DOE)
Location: London (Hybrid; 2 days per week onsite)
Clearance: Active SC / DV clearance is highly preferred

Are you a performance specialist who thrives on leading from the front? We are looking for a leader / experienced individual to steer our client’s non-functional testing strategy and ensure the quality of complex, large-scale systems.

Your Impact:

• Leadership & Accountability: Responsible for steering a team, helping them prioritize workloads, and holding them accountable for high-quality delivery.
• Strategy & Coordination: Lead the coordination and assurance of non-functional testing across multiple projects with a heavy focus on scheduling.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key influencer, shaping expectations and providing clear reporting on progress and technical challenges.
• Technical Proposals: Handle technical proposal writing (RFCs) and deal with supplier contracts.
• Coaching: Mirror our values of inquisitiveness and initiative by coaching others to take their careers to the next level.

Technical Landscape:

• Performance Engineering: A clear track record of delivering within performance engineering and non-functional methodologies.
• Core Tooling: Extensive experience with JMeter.
• Infrastructure: Working knowledge of AWS cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Project Management: Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and Zephyr.
