Process Engineer

This role offers the opportunity to work on advanced manufacturing processes, supporting the transition from development into serial production while driving continuous improvement, quality, and efficiency. You will play a key role in optimising complex processes, collaborating across multidisciplinary teams, and contributing to the delivery of cutting-edge technical solutions in a dynamic and evolving setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimise existing products and manufacturing processes within a high-precision production environment
• Support the transfer of new products and processes from development into serial production
• Ensure and continuously improve process quality, including the analysis and monitoring of quality-related data
• Independently manage complex technical tasks and lead process-related projects
• Challenge existing processes and develop innovative technological and process solutions
• Analyse and evaluate the impact of raw materials and production resources on process stability, product quality, and efficiency
• Collaborate within interdisciplinary teams to drive continuous improvements in technology, safety, and operational efficiency

Your Profile

• Degree in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, or a related technical/scientific field
• Experience in a production environment or process development, ideally with project management exposure
• Strong ability to understand complex technical systems, analyse them in a structured way, and develop practical solutions
• Experience with statistical data analysis and confidence working with technical datasets and analytical tools
• High level of reliability and accountability in a critical production or technology-driven environment
• Proactive mindset with curiosity and a willingness to challenge and improve existing processes
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
