SC Cleared Software Engineer

Duration: 6-Month Contract

Location: Predominantly remote

Rate: £450–£500 per day (Outside IR35)

iO Associates are working with a client who is expanding their engineering team to support an exciting greenfield development project. They’re ideally looking to take on an experienced contractor due to the high levels of project demand, and would like someone to start within the next 4-6 weeks.

You’ll be designing and building new software, as this is a genuine greenfield project with no legacy code, giving you the chance to have a real influence from day one.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Strong backend Software experience working with both Go & Python

• Experience with one or more languages, and the ability to adapt 

• Docker of Kubernetes containerisation

• AWS or Azure

Due to the nature of the work, candidates must:

• Hold active SC Clearance

• Be eligible to obtain or transfer DV Clearance if required in the future

• Be a British citizen
