We are currently looking for a Security Cleared Document Controller to join a major engineering and infrastructure services organisation delivering large-scale projects in transport, nuclear, energy, water and built environment sectors. It works with public and private clients to provide planning, design, delivery and maintenance services across complex civil and technical programmes.

You will manage and track all deliverables using Microsoft Excel, updating trackers and matrices as documents progress through review stages. Utilise Meridian and SharePoint to transfer documents and DCFs between systems, ensuring accurate version control and alignment with delivery partner programmes.

Key skills:

• Active Security Clearance (SC).
• Experience using meridian (mandate)
• Experience using SharePoint (mandate).
• Ability to use MS Excel.
