The Security Cleared Senior Business Analyst will work within the Technology, Strategy & Architecture division, enabling successful delivery of technology change initiatives. The role involves eliciting, analyzing, validating, and managing requirements, creating shared understanding across stakeholders, and supporting large-scale transformation projects. You will join a leading global technology and digital services organisation known for delivering innovative solutions across financial services and enterprise transformation programs, offering an opportunity to work in a dynamic, high-impact environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Elicit, analyze, and manage complex business requirements.
• Produce clear analysis artefacts (process maps, user stories, acceptance criteria).
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to validate solutions.
• Conduct impact assessments for proposed changes, identifying risks and dependencies.
• Support delivery teams with process mapping, data mapping, and documentation.

Skills Required:

• Active Security Clearance (SC).
• Business Analysis Expertise.
• Requirements elicitation, analysis & management
• Process mapping, data mapping, and gap analysis
• Full software development lifecycle experience
• Familiarity with BPMN 2.0 for process modelling
